"Wasn't Sure What to Expect"
I was a little cautious at first because I’d heard mixed things about the site, so I didn’t really know what to think... It seemed okay overall, nothing too amazing but not bad either. I guess I’m still kind of deciding how I feel about it.

"Deposit turned into a headache"
I tried making a deposit and it took way too long to actually show up. I reached out to support, but they were slow and didn’t really give me a clear answer, so I was just stuck waiting around. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, like constantly pushing me when I was already annoyed. the whole thing was more hassle than it was worth, and I don’t see myself using it again.

"Case openings just felt off"
I tried rustchance.com for case openings, my gut feeling quickly was that it wasn’t going to be a good time. I opened a few cases and the drops felt really flat, like I was just watching my balance disappear without any real excitement or momentum.

Maybe it was just bad luck, but the whole thing gave me that sinking feeling like I should’ve stopped earlier. The site itself worked fine, but the experience felt frustrating and not worth it for me. I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Surprisingly reliable so far"
rustchance.com has been better than I expected. Most days it loads quickly, and I haven’t run into many crashes or annoying downtime issues. There was one time when things felt a little slow, but it sorted itself out fast. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how reliable it’s been.

"Took a little while, but it got sorted"
I had a small dispute and had to go back and forth with support a few times. At first I wasn’t sure if I was being too impatient or if it was actually taking longer than it should, but they did end up sorting it out. Not the fastest experience, but fair enough in the end.

The mobile site is really frustrating. It loads way too slowly, and half the time the buttons don’t even register when I tap them. I kept trying again and again, and it started to feel like I was basically begging the site to do the simplest thing.

"Support never got back to me"
I had problem with my account and sent message to support, but I ended up waiting for days with no real reply. It felt like I was just being ignored. I tried to follow up again, but still didn’t get anything useful back. For site that deals with money and items, the support should be much faster. Really frustrating experience overall

I do appreciate that the login checks make the account feel safe, but sometimes it feels like there are just too many steps. When I run into issues, it can also feel like no one’s really paying attention, which makes the whole thing more annoying than it needs to be...

"Odds felt off to me"
I tried rustchance.com for a little while and, I don’t know, the odds just didn’t feel right. It shows you the chances and everything, but the results I was getting felt way worse than what I expected, even on rolls that seemed like they should’ve been decent...
I get that it’s gambling and losing is part of it, but after using it for a bit, it started to feel like the site was taking more than it should. Maybe I just had bad luck, but yeah, I’m not planning to use it again.

When I was going through the policies, I felt lost. The terms weren’t explained very clearly, and I kept having to reread sections just to figure out what they meant. It left me feeling unsure about what I was actually agreeing to.

"Why is the house edge so hard to spot?!"
The site works fine overall, no major complaints there. But i was kind of surprised the house edge wasn’t easier to find?! It doesn’t feel exactly hidden, but it definitely wasn’t as clear as I expected.

The promo codes were actually helpful, so that was nice. I just kind of wish they stayed active for longer because I missed using one in time, which was a little annoying but not too bad.

I tried rustchance.com and didn’t feel great about it. The whole site gave off sketchy vibes, and finding clear info to make me trust it was apparently too much to ask. I definitely wouldn’t put my money there again...

"Withdrawals went okay for me"
I tried doing a few small withdrawals and they all came through fine. They wasn’t instant, but not super slow either. One of them took longer than I expected, so I’d take off a star for that, but the support replied and the money did land in the end. Overall, it feels reliable enough for the cashing out

The service itself seems fine, but only being able to pay with crypto is a bit annoying. I got all the way to checkout and then realized there weren’t any normal card or PayPal options, which was a small but frustrating detail.

I tried using the site, but it felt clunky!! Pages were loading slowly for me, the menus were kind of confusing, and I kept losing track of where I was supposed to click. After a few minutes, I just gave up.
